Loudetiopsis chrysothrix is een plantensoort uit de grassenfamilie (Poaceae). Het is een vaste plant met rechtopstaande halmen.
De soort komt voor van tropisch West-Afrika tot in Tsjaad.[1] Hij groeit daar in droge gebieden.[2]
