Stigmella maytenivora is een vlinder uit de familie van de dwergmineermotten (Nepticulidae). De soort is voor het eerst wetenschappelijk beschreven door Bert Gustafsson in een publicatie uit 1985.[1]
De spanwijdte bedraagt bij het mannetje 3,7 tot 4,1 millimeter en bij het vrouwtje 3,5 tot 4,2 millimeter.[1]
Verspreiding
De soort komt voor in Gambia.
Waardplanten
De rups leeft op Gymnosporia senegalensis (Lam.) Loes. (Celastraceae). Gustafson vermeldt Maytenus senegalensis (Lam.) als waardplant, die geldt als synoniem van Gymnosporia senegalensis.[2]
