Steve Phillips (Londen, 18 februari 1948) is een Engels blues- en countrymuzikant, bekend geworden door zijn participatie in The Notting Hillbillies samen met Mark Knopfler en anderen. Naast muzikant schildert Phillips veel en is hij een verdienstelijk gitaarbouwer.
