Nephthea pyramidalis is een zachte koraalsoort uit de familie Nephtheidae. De koraalsoort komt uit het geslacht Nephthea. Nephthea pyramidalis werd in 1895 voor het eerst wetenschappelijk beschreven door Kükenthal.
