Negotinthia is een geslacht van vlinders uit de familie wespvlinders (Sesiidae), onderfamilie Tinthiinae.
Negotinthia is voor het eerst wetenschappelijk beschreven door Gorbunov in 2001. De typesoort is Paranthrene myrmosaeformis.[1]
