Monopetalotaxis is een geslacht van vlinders uit de familie wespvlinders (Sesiidae), onderfamilie Sesiinae.
Monopetalotaxis is voor het eerst wetenschappelijk beschreven door Wallengren in 1859. De typesoort is Monopetalotaxis wahlbergi.[1]
