Metallogorgia macrospina is een zachte koraalsoort uit de familie Chrysogorgiidae. De koraalsoort komt uit het geslacht Metallogorgia. Metallogorgia macrospina werd in 1919 voor het eerst wetenschappelijk beschreven door Kükenthal.
