Macrotarsipus is een geslacht van vlinders uit de familie wespvlinders (Sesiidae), onderfamilie Sesiinae.
Macrotarsipus is voor het eerst wetenschappelijk beschreven door Hampson in 1893. De typesoort is Macrotarsipus albipunctus.[1]
