Hyalotomaspis is een geslacht van halfvleugeligen uit de familie schuimcicaden (Cercopidae). De wetenschappelijke naam van dit geslacht is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1949 door Lallemand.
Soorten
Het geslacht Hyalotomaspis is monotypisch en omvat slechts de volgende soort:
