Goloboffia megadeth is een spinnensoort uit de familie Migidae. De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort werd voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 2019 door Nelson Edgardo Ferretti, Duniesky Ríos-Tamayo en Pablo Augusto Goloboff.
De soort komt voor in Chili.
