Het seizoen 2011/2012 was het 109e jaar in het bestaan van de voetbalclub Go Ahead Eagles uit Deventer. De club kwam uit in de Nederlandse Eerste Divisie en nam deel aan het toernooi om de KNVB Beker en werd daarbij in de achtste finale uitgeschakeld door RKC Waalwijk.

Go Ahead reikte dit seizoen tot de achtste finales van de strijd om de KNVB Beker. In de vierde ronde werd de ploeg met 3-2 verslagen door RKC Waalwijk. Hoogtepunt was de 2-1 overwinning op eredivisionist Feyenoord, behaald in de derde ronde.
