Het seizoen 1957-58 was de 10e editie van de Belgische vrouwenbasketbalcompetitie. De ereklasse telde 12 ploegen die over 22 speeldagen streden voor de landstitel. Antwerpse BBC veroverde haar vijfde opeenvolgende landstitel.
