Cremastobombycia kipepeo is een vlinder uit de familie mineermotten (Gracillariidae). De wetenschappelijke naam van deze soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 2012 door Jurate De Prins.[1]
De soort komt voor in het Afrotropisch gebied.
