Clypeococcum hypocenomycis is een korstmosparasiet behorend tot de familie Polycoccaceae. Hij komt alleen voor op het Gewoon schubjesmos (Hypocenomyce scalaris).
Verspreiding
In Nederland komt Clypeococcum hypocenomycis zeer zeldzaam voor.
