De COSAFA Cup 2019 was de negentiende editie van dit voetbaltoernooi, georganiseerd door de COSAFA (Council of Southern Africa Football Associations).

Het toernooi vond plaats van 25 mei tot en met 8 juni in Zuid-Afrika. Acht landen speelden een groepsfase, de winnaars van die beide groepen sluiten zich aan bij de 6 landen die automatische gekwalificeerd zijn voor de kwartfinale.^[3] Zambia werd voor de vijfde keer winnaar van het toernooi, dat land versloeg in de finale Botswana met 1–0. Zimbabwe werd derde.
